3.Factory Strength

Strong Manufacturing Capability
Since 1986, we have specialized in shock absorber manufacturing with 8 standardized production lines and a monthly capacity of approximately 300,000 units. With more than 4,500 molds covering 90% of vehicle models, we provide stable OEM and ODM supply for customers in over 60 countries. Every shock absorber is tested before shipment to ensure consistent quality.
4. Inside Our Shock Absorbers

Built to Last — Engineered in Every Detail
Every shock absorber we produce is built around six core components, each selected and refined for maximum performance and longevity. The high-strength chrome-plated carbon steel piston rod ensures exceptional wear and corrosion resistance, while the precision-honed cylinder tube provides consistent, stable movement under high pressure. Our multi-lip NBR oil seal and flexible EPDM dust boot work together to keep contaminants out and hydraulic fluid in — even under extreme temperatures and road conditions. Inside, the OEM-calibrated piston valve precisely regulates oil flow for smooth, predictable damping, and the sintered bronze guide bushing maintains perfect alignment to minimize friction, noise, and uneven wear. The result is a shock absorber that delivers reliable handling, superior ride comfort, and long service life — every time, every mile.
5. Quality Control

Every shock absorber undergoes a multi-stage quality control process,
from incoming material inspection to final damping force testing. Raw materials are verified for hardness, dimensional accuracy and material composition using our in-house laboratory. During production, each unit is inspected for welding integrity, surface finish and assembly precision. Before packaging, 100% of finished products are tested on damping test benches to verify compression and rebound forces, ensuring consistent performance that matches OEM specifications.
6.Packaging & transportation

We supply neutral packaging,
Winworld‑brand packaging and customized packaging solutions. All products are well‑protected against rust and collision before shipment. Cartons are securely stacked and reinforced on pallets to minimize damage during long‑distance sea and land transportation. Custom shipping marks are available. We are experienced in container loading for bulk orders, ensuring goods arrive at destination in good condition.
FAQ
1.Can you confirm the correct shock absorber if I only provide an OE number?
-Yes. The OE number is the most commonly used reference for matching. If you can also provide the vehicle brand, model, year, engine size and installation position, the confirmation will be more accurate. Product photos, drawings or key dimensions can also help us double-check and avoid sending the wrong item.
2.Can I mix different models in the first trial order? How is the MOQ calculated?
-Yes, mixed models are acceptable. Our standard MOQ is 50 pieces per model, but sample and trial order quantities can be negotiated separately. For mixed orders, each model can be calculated independently, and some less common models may be accepted with a lower MOQ.
3.How do you ensure the packaging can prevent oil leakage and deformation during export transportation?
-We use individual protective bags, separate inner boxes and reinforced export cartons, with dividers and cushioning materials inside. The piston rods are protected against rust, and some products are filled with nitrogen and undergo sealing tests to reduce the risk of damage during long-distance sea or air freight.
4.Can the production lead time match our shipping schedule? Will there be delays in peak season?
-The regular lead time is about 45–60 days. For peak season or customized orders, we recommend placing orders 60–75 days in advance. We will arrange the production schedule based on your container loading date and keep you updated on the progress to avoid delaying your shipment as much as possible.
5.What export documents do you provide?
-We usually provide the commercial invoice, packing list and the information required for the bill of lading. If you need a certificate of origin, product test reports, quality declarations or other customs clearance documents, we can cooperate to prepare them.
6.How do you handle after-sales issues for overseas customers?
-We will first confirm the cause of the problem through photos, videos or returned samples. If it is confirmed as a product quality defect, we can arrange replacement, compensation or credit according to the order agreement. Please keep the OE number, batch number and installation records for quick traceability.
7.Can you use our own brand and packaging?
-Yes. We support customized laser marking, labels, color boxes and carton shipping marks. Brand customization orders usually have a minimum order quantity, depending on the model, packaging complexity and design content.
