1. HOW CAN I FIND THE CORRECT SHOCK ABSORBER?
Please provide the OE number, vehicle brand, model, year and installation position. Product photos, drawings or dimensions can also help us confirm the correct item.
2. WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?
Our standard MOQ is 50 pieces per model. Sample and trial order quantities can be discussed according to the specific product.
3. DO YOU SUPPORT OEM AND ODM CUSTOMIZATION?
Yes. We can customize the product logo, laser marking, labels, damping force, product color and packaging according to your market requirements.
4. CAN I ORDER SAMPLES BEFORE A BULK ORDER?
Yes. Samples are available for quality, dimensions and installation verification before bulk production.
5. WHAT IS THE PRODUCTION LEAD TIME?
The regular production lead time is approximately 45–60 days. The exact delivery time depends on the models, order quantity, materials and customization requirements.
6. HOW DO YOU CONTROL PRODUCT QUALITY?
Each shock absorber is inspected for appearance, dimensions, damping force and sealing performance before packaging to ensure stable batch quality.
7. WHAT PACKAGING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?
We provide neutral packaging, protective bags, custom labels, laser marking, custom color boxes and reinforced export cartons.
8. WHAT IS THE PRODUCT WARRANTY?
Our shock absorbers are generally covered for one year or 40,000–50,000 kilometers under normal installation and use. Specific warranty terms depend on the product and order agreement.
