During production, the valve system, piston rod, guide, oil seal and hydraulic oil are assembled according to the required product specifications. Welding quality is carefully controlled to ensure that brackets and mounting components remain secure during vehicle operation.
After assembly, the finished shock absorbers undergo damping force testing, leakage inspection, dimensional verification, welding inspection and surface inspection. Only products that meet our quality requirements are approved for packaging and shipment.
